I had a great buying experience at Elyria Ford purchasing my 2023 Ford Maverick XLT. I ordered it in September 2022 and received it in August 2023. They honored the MSRP price I signed for in 2022 and did not mark it up at all like some other Ford dealers do. They even accepted the Farmer's Bureau rebate I had. This was the best experience I ever had buying a new vehicle. They didn't try to nickle and dime me for any additional features, extended warranty or accessories. They were quick to go through the financing options. My salesman David was super helpful and communicated extremely well.
Just purchased a car from them. Never again! They are dishonest, unprofessional and scammers!
They knew the vehicle had a dent and scratches but lied about them.
Also they made a $600 payoff error and stuck me with the bill! Other than that they are nice guys.
